We want you to love your purchase from Shoreline Living. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please contact us at yostefee@gmail.com and we'll provide you with return instructions, including the return address for your specific order.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you're returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
